Construction of an Olympic City, including landscape & infrastructure works, on a total area of 776,500 m2.

SCOPE OF WORK
The project includes:
– An indoor hall with a total built-up area of 46,409 m2 with a seating capacity of 8,000 audience.
– An Olympic swimming pool complex,
– Squash Courts with a total built-up area 5,750 m2 with a capacity of 750 audience.
– Main tennis court with a total built-up area 15,580 m2 with a seating capacity 3,500 audience.
– Sub-tennis court with a total built-up area 2082 m2 with a capacity of 1200 audience.
– Out door Courts include 4 variable courts with total built-up area 5000 m2 and 10 tennis courts with total built-up area 7550 m2.
