Tiba Rose

Tiba Rose is the first residential compound for the army within the New Administrative Capital. This Compound is established by Tiba Rose Cooperative Housing and Construction Association. It is a private compound primarily for air defense officers and includes a variety of apartments, villas, townhouses and twin houses. It also includes a wide range of entertainment and luxury amenities.
